Am I responsible for any pre-existing vehicle damage upon my arrival?

If there is minor damage on your vehicle before your booking commence, please take a picture of it with the timestamp and send it to evworks.support@evco.global through e-mail. 

All of our vehicles are carefully inspected, and we only allow vehicles that are safe to drive to be booked.

In some cases, we may choose not to repair minor damages immediately, especially if the damages are not significant and do not affect the safety of the vehicle. This is because we want to ensure our vehicles are always available for customers. 

If you ever notice any damage on a vehicle that you have booked that makes the vehicle unsafe to drive, please do not hesitate to contact us at 800 852 8552 immediately. We will be happy to inspect the vehicle, send a replacement vehicle and carry out any necessary repairs. Do note that Replacement vehicles are only available during working hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
