When you’re involved in an accident, please follow these steps:
1. Report the incident within 24 hours.
2. Document the damage by taking pictures.
3. Send the report and photos to evworks.support@evco.global
Please be aware that a penalty may be imposed for failing to report any accidents resulting in vehicle damage.
If the van sustains minor damage but remains safe to drive, you may proceed with your reservation.
However, if the vehicle is no longer in a safe driving condition, please contact our call center at 800 852 8552 immediately. We will gladly assist you in arranging a replacement vehicle or making other necessary accommodations. Do note that replacement vehicles are only available during working hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
