I was in a serious car accident and my vehicle is no longer safe to drive. What should I do?

In the unfortunate event of an accident, here’s the essential information you’ll need to gather and steps to follow:

Information Required:

1. Collect Details from Parties Involved in the Accident:
– Names of individuals involved
– NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) details
– Vehicle Plate Numbers

2. Witnesses Information:
– If there are any witnesses to the accident, obtain their contact particulars.

3. Capture images of:
– Vehicles involved in the accident
– Damages sustained by all vehicles involved
– The location where the accident occurred (include street signs and junctions)

4. If the Vehicle is Not Drivable:
In the event that your vehicle is no longer drivable, please call our 24/7 Customer Support Hotline at 800 852 8552. We will arrange for a tow truck to assist you.

5. Make an Accident Report:
The driver is required to make an accident report at the Accident Reporting Centre (ARC) located at 60 Woodlands Ind Park E4, Singapore 757705.
If there are injuries or damage to public property, a police report must be made before proceeding to the ARC to file the accident report.
