What should I do if the vehicle is not at the designated lot when I arrive?

Using the ev-works app, you can easily track the live location of your vehicle. When you’re close by, just tap the ‘Locate Vehicle’ button in the app (as shown below). The vehicle’s headlights and taillights will flash, making it super easy to spot.

You can snap a picture of the designated lot and send it to our hotline at 800-852-8552 . We’ll promptly dispatch our operator to assist you in locating the vehicle. If needed, we can arrange a replacement vehicle or, if preferred, cancel the booking and provide a full refund. Do note that replacement vehicles are only available during office hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm)
