2. Wait a few minutes after each restart before giving it another go.

Now, depending on where you are in your booking, here’s what we’ll do to assist you:

– If you’re at the start of your booking: You’ll receive a reimbursement or a replacement vehicle. Do note that Replacement vehicles are only available during working hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

– If you’re in the middle of your booking: Our operator will promptly come to your location to help you unlock the vehicle and return it to the designated lot.

– If you’re at the end of your booking: Simply leave the vehicle at the designated lot and give us a heads-up through our customer support.
