What should I do if the vehicle has less than 60% battery charge at the start of my trip?

We don’t require our customers to charge their vehicles, but we highly recommend that you don’t let your vehicle’s state of charge drop below 20%.

If your vehicle’s state of charge is below 20% during your trip, please use the MyTransport app to find the nearest available charging station. Be sure to capture photographic evidence of your vehicle being charged, and submit your charging receipt with your username and phone number to our e-mail evworks.support@evco.global for reimbursement.
