How does charging work?

We don’t require our customers to charge their vehicles, but we highly recommend that you don’t let your vehicle’s state of charge drop below 20%.

If your vehicle’s state of charge is below 20% during your trip, please use the MyTransport app to find the nearest available charging station. Be sure to capture photographic evidence of your vehicle being charged, and then submit your charging receipt, your username and contact details to our e-mail evworks.support@evco.global for reimbursement.
