Am I able to return the van to a different location?

We are a point A-to-A service, which means that you must return the vehicle to the same lot where you picked it up from. This helps us to ensure that our vehicles are always available for our customers.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If designated lots are full, please follow the steps below: 
1. Take a picture of vehicle parked in designated lot (with license plate and lot number) 
2. Park van at the nearest available car park lot
3. Take a picture of the van at available car park lot and send it to our 24/7 Customer Support Hotline at 800 852 8552 through whatsapp
4. Click on the Return Vehicle button on ev-works to end the booking and have a nice day!
