We totally understand that unexpected situations can mess up your plans, and we’re here to help make things as flexible as possible within our cancellation policy. Here’s the lowdown:
– Cancel for free if it’s more than 48 hours before your booking starts and get a full refund.
– If you cancel 1 to 48 hours before your booking, there’s a 30% charge of the booking amount.
– Unfortunately, if it’s less than 1 hour before your booking, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
To cancel, just shoot us an email at evworks.support@evco.global as soon as possible. Please note that cancellations can only be processed during our regular business hours, which are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
For instance, let’s say you’ve got a booking for Tuesday but need to cancel on Sunday or Saturday. Just send us an email, and we’ll process your refund based on the timestamp of the email you send. We’re here to make things easier for you!
